CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Target will again sponsor three-time IndyCar champion Scott Dixon next season, but will shift its spending from a second entry to an increased marketing plan.Dixon will be back for his record 14th season with Target Chip Ganassi Racing next year. The only other driver set to pilot a red and white bulls-eye car will be Kyle Larson, the top rookie this season in NASCARs Sprint Cup Series.Target plans to use some of its auto racing budget on increased promotion of Dixon, Larson, IndyCar and NASCAR through both broadcast and digital platforms.Ganassi is still expected to field a car for Tony Kanaan in IndyCar, but with funding from a different sponsor.
