RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Hula Bowl is coming back and will be played in North Carolina in January 2018.Officials with the postseason All-Star game and state announced Friday the game will resume following the 2017 season and will be played at Carter-Finley Stadium, North Carolina States home field in Raleigh.The game was played annually in Hawaii beginning in 1946, and it was last played in 2008.
